Shopping Cart: When
I add an item to the cart, the first item is removed:

to keep track of the cart contents. If a user has their cookies turned off
this could result in the cart not keeping track of the items ordered.
My order is taking too
long to process:
Your order should only take
approx. 1 minute or less to approve and process, you will receive a receipt
of confirmation sent to your email that it was approved or declined, several
attempts will block you out and you will have to try after a couple of
hours. If it takes longer than a minute, return to shopping cart,
continue shopping and attempt the process once again, if you are still
having trouble taking longer than a minute, the online processor may have
gone offline, check your email first looking for a receipt from Eprocessing
Network which should be immediately sent after approval or declines.
If you are still having processing trouble please fill out the inquiry form
and you will be assisted.
Online Orders: Are processed
through Eprocessing Network and verified by Veri-Sign "A name you can trust"
a secure bankcard transaction. To date all online bankcard
transactions have been processed without compromise since 1999. You
will also receive an invoice with your order or in the mail if shipped from
the factory.
Common decline errors: Are cvv2#
does not match the billing address and zip code. This number is
required and it should match where your statement is sent.
Other Payment Options: Personal
Check, Business Check or Money Order, there is a $35 fee for insufficient
funds. Please complete the form to receive a total and the company
business address.
Shipping Rates/Terms: Most
orders ship the same or next business day and are received within 3-7
business days (subject to availability). Generally most smaller orders
such as tassels, vinyl, hookmarkers, charms, coasters, paperweights, craft
supplies are shipped via US priority mail daily. Heavier weight or
larger quantity products ship direct from the factory via UPS ground/Fed Ex.
You will be notified of your order status and sent an email of a shipping
confirmation. Orders are sent to USA addresses only.
Avoid Shipping Delays: At
shipping checkout choose the correct s&h amount to avoid a delay in
processing your order. A $1.00 second transaction processing fee and the
balance due for s&h will be billed to your account. Choose the correct
s&h for your merchandise total.
Minimum Order Amounts: Price
breaks are available for multiples of 25/100/500/1000/5000+, meet the min.
order amount and add multiples as indicated.
