Once you have recevied an approved authorization, merchandise credits (exhanges) are issued only upon approval of returned goods received in re-saleable condition within 7 business days. Merchandise credits are valid for 30 days of approved credit date.  Factory return policies vary and are subject to their return policies. Bookblanks.com reserves the right to determine if items will to be accepted for return and when possible will work with the factory supplier to make an exchange. All shipping, handling & fees are non-refundable and you will be billed s&h for the new shipment. Once the exchange is received, a receipt confirmation will be sent to your email address. If products are not in-stock you will be notified of the back order delay. A 15% re-stocking fee will apply.
